This is the Şeker Ahmet Paşa Tea Room located inside the Beşiktaş Painting Museum. The Painting Museum is located in the Crown Prince's Office next to the Dolmabahçe Palace. The museum hosts many valuable works by local and foreign painters who were in the palace during the Ottoman period.
Surrounded by the unique Bosphorus view of this tea room and drinking coffee in an atmosphere that smells of history will take all your tiredness away. There are also beautiful garden areas where you can visit and places where you can read a book in a peaceful environment.
