Foot Passenger Fares
- Full fare: 54.33 ₺ (Istanbulkart) / 110.00 ₺ (ticket or credit card)
- Student: 26.75 ₺ (Istanbulkart)
- Social / Discounted: 39.29 ₺ (Istanbulkart)
- Passengers inside cars, jeeps, panel vans, minivans, buses and pickups travel free.
- Boarding passes bought by credit card in the IDO Arabalı app are scanned at the booth by QR code; the app cannot be used for foot passengers.
- Prices include VAT.
İSTİNYE - ÇUBUKLU Car Ferry (Şehir Hatları A.Ş.)
The İstinye - Çubuklu car ferry line has been out of service since 31 July 2025. Only passenger sea-dolmuş (water taxi) services run on the same route. To cross with a vehicle, use the Sirkeci - Harem car ferry, the bridges or the Eurasia Tunnel.
Note: Sirkeci - Harem fares are from IDO's current fare tariff (September 2026); the İstinye - Çubuklu information is from the Şehir Hatları A.Ş. announcement.
