When you come to Kuzguncuk, one of the places you must visit is Fethi Paşa Grove. Starting from the north of Üsküdar, covering all the ridges and slopes and ending at Kuzguncuk hill, the grove takes its name from Damat Fethi Ahmet Paşa, who was Marshal of Tophane during the reign of Mahmud II (1808-1861). The last owner of the grove was lawyer Şevket Mocan, one of the pasha's grandchildren. The writer Cemil Meriç also lived for a long time in the house within this grove.
In the grove there are also social facilities and walking areas belonging to the Metropolitan Municipality.
